Sisters4Sisters, Inc. is a non-profit organization which is dedicated to the Empowerment of Women and Girls in Mind, Body, and Spirit through Educational, Personal, and Professional Development Workshops and Engaging Community Outreach in the areas of HIV-AIDS, Domestic & Sexual Violence, Girls Mentoring, Homelessness and Health & Wellness.

Founder-Visionary
For 23 years Carolyn has sacrificed her heart and soul to help women and girls WIN in life. After graduation from Howard University she became a Presidents Club recipient in her professional career in Marketing and Sales with companies including Xerox, Verizon and Cidera Satellite Communications.
Valerie Battle
Operations Director
Valerie has been the key to organizing annual Sisters4Sisters,Inc projects fro The Annual Backpack Drive, Silent Tears No More and Possibiliteas. Valerie is a retiree after 30 years of management with a government agency. Her gift of order and excellence has been an asset to the organization for over 15 years.
Maggy Alexander Lewis
SOS Outreach Director
Ms Lewis has served as the volunteer Director of the Saving Our Sisters Program since 2011. She has worked closely with the Founder, Carolyn Washington to launch many successful campaigns that include our Lunch and Learn series for Women and Girls HIV Awareness Day in March and the Rock the Red Carpet event for World AIDS Day which has morphed into the Rock the Arts program. Most recently, and due mostly to the pandemic, she developed a program called Couch Conversations. These virtual programs are designed to educate and empower the community on issues that directly affect their quality of life

Ambassador- Partner Relations Director
Diane brings a wealth of experience to the Sisterhood. Her classic style and heart for the underserved has been a beacon of light and hope to the organization. Diane has worked in the Prince Georges County School system after her retirement of 30 years in the Federal Government. She has been a proud member of Sisters4Sisters,Inc. for 10 years.
